I love tawny frogmouths. We have them around us, and we rescued a couple of babies when their nest fell down in our yard a few years ago. It was lovely watching them grow up in a box on our Hills hoist, fed by their parents. The fact that I couldn’t use the clothesline for 6 weeks or so was not a problem 🙂

You have to look closely! They are nesting right outside Leah and the Kiwi’s house in Newcastle. They are familiar residents around the house!
