About Baz - The Landy

I'm on a journey to climb one or more of the world's 8,000 metre mountain peaks, and if all goes well an attempt on the summit of Mt Everest. One of the things I like to remind myself of each and every day, is there are no ordinary moments; no ordinary people; no ordinary lives...

  1. Oh what I would give to trade one of my days in American for one of your Australian excursions!

Gorgeous pic! You know, I didn’t even notice those when we were there?

  3. Found your blog through Christina. No mountain climbing for “Honey.” But we do (me mostly) do like rock climbing!!

    • Hi (Umm) Honey!

Well not too much mountaineering or climbing over the past month, but plenty coming up over the next few months… Plenty of outdoor pursuits going on to keep fit for the mountains
      though.

Heading to altitude is the main game, but rock climbing keeps all the skills up-to-date, and is lots of fun!

And crikey…wasn’t Christina sweet to write about me like that! Take care out there… :)

Crikey, feel free to have a yarn with me here...
